One person is dead in a two-vehicle accident Sunday night that occurred around 9:30 p.m. on State Road 207 at New Hampshire Road in Elkton in southwest St. Johns County. A Florida Highway Patrol duty officer at troop headquarters in Jacksonville confirmed a fatality but had no other details.
