The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a single-vehicle wreck that occurred at U.S. 1 and Interstate 95 around 5 p.m. Thursday. St. Johns County Fire Rescue was among agencies responding to the wreck of a semi-tanker truck in the northbound lane. The driver hit a large traffic sign as he went off the roadway.
