Floridians are leaning toward electing Charlie Crist in November’s gubernatorial race, a new stateside poll conducted by the University of North Florida shows.
Forty-six percent of those polled said they would vote for the former governor, while 42 percent said they would vote for incumbent Florida Gov. Rick Scott, according to a survey by UNF’s Public Opinion Research Lab.
A slew of recent polls have wavered between Scott and Crist as the front-runner.
