Former Putnam County escapees Timothy Wayne Fletcher, 25, and Doni Ray Brown, 23, are being held in the St. Johns County jail facing numerous charges, including homicide, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office on Sunday. No bonds were set for either of them.
