JACKSONVILLE -- A federal court judge Tuesday said he would rule on an amended complaint by attorneys regarding teaching the song "Chatter With the Angels," but noted there was no immediate urgency because the song is no longer being taught and is not being used in an end-of-year assembly set for Thursday at The Webster School in St. Augustine.
