A St. Augustine Police officer places an evidence marker on an overturned 2000 Jeep in thick brush along A1A South north of Pope Road. A bicyclist located the vehicle around 6:39 a.m., according to the police department. The Jeep was not visible from vehicles and had been there for several hours before it was discovered. Investigators said the Jeep was going northbound on A1A when it left the roadway and began to roll over. The driver, Bradley Richard Bowen, 35, of St. Augustine, was dead at the scene. By DARON DEAN,
