A motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet was air-lifted to Shands Hospital at Jacksonville after colliding with a vehicle on the Usina Bridge just before 5 p.m. Sunday, according to St. Johns Fire Rescue spokesman Jeremy Robshaw.
