Today we launch a new feature, Now and Then. We start with Surf Crest at St. Augustine Beach. This is how it looked when Features Editor Anne Heymen's parents owned it in the 1960s (right), and here's how it looks now as a condominium project (left). The location and the name are the same, but not much is. The new owners tore down the roadside motel and cabins after they purchased it from Anne's parents and built the new complex.
