A St. Augustine woman who was reportedly fired from her post as a Flagler Hospital nurse for stealing narcotics is facing charges for allegedly dumping two of the hospital's hazardous-waste bins -- filled with used needles, blood and vials of drugs -- into an everyday Dumpster.
